Returns and exchanges

Generic Return Condition(s)

  • RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR CORRESPONDANCE AND AUTHORIZATION.

  • Product(s) shall be in original packaging and unopened.

  • Hose kits or custom hoses that have had their packaging opened but are unused and show no visible signs of wear to their surfaces will be accepted.

AR-1 Under Certain Conditions

  • Once it has been opened and used to pump fluids, we cannot accept the AR-1 back. We cannot verify the volume or type of fluid pumped and thus cannot guarantee the motor, seals, etc. If your AR-1 is still in the original packaging, or in the event it has been opened but still has the red fluid inside and your hoses are unused and unworn, we will gladly begin a return process with you. The customer will be required to pay return shipping and a $50 fee to cover the re-examination and testing of the pump to make sure it still passes our rigorous standards.

  • That being said, we are dedicated to you being satisfied with your experience and purchase. If you have any concerns at all, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will work to make it right.

Personal Water Decon Kits (PWDK)

  • Due to the nature of the contents in the PWDK and AS THEY are designed to be a consumable product by nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges of PWDKs once they have been opened.

  • IF they are in like-new condition and are within 30days of purchase and you would like to return or exchange them please contact us at info@cana-provisions.com.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of your return being received and inspected via the original method of payment.

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please email us ASAP with your order number. In the event that you catch the order before it has shipped, your order will be cancelled and refund processed via your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business DAYS for your refund to arrive.

  • In the event that you wish to cancel your order, but your order has already shipped, this becomes a return and falls under our returns policy.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We process orders on an as-received basis Mon-Fri from 9am to 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will ship the following Monday unless specified. This excludes holidays and extremely high-order traffic times.

  • All orders ship via USPS or UPS and customers will receive an automated shipping email providing notification and tracking information.

  • Please 1-5 business days for your order to ship and allow an additional 5-7 business days for delivery after receipt of your shipping notification.
