Warranty and service
We stand by our products, period. If you have any problem at all with your AR-1, please contact us at info@cana-provisions.com and we will find a way to make it right.
Furthermore, if your AR-1 requires servicing or repair and you don’t feel comfortable addressing it yourself, we will absolutely service, evaluate, and repair any issue. We do ask that you pay the shipping to get it to us. Once we receive your unit and evaluate it, we will be in touch with the details on your repair and getting it back to you in working order ASAP.
