Most waist packs are built around convenience. The Spiritus Systems Fanny SACK Pouch Mk3 was built around access — specifically, the kind of access that matters when you're in a vehicle, in a confined space, or moving through an environment where reaching across your body isn't an option.

The SACK — Sub Abdominal Carrying Kit — is ambidextrous by design. Wear it up front for immediate access, shift it to the lower back to stay out of the way, and slide it back around when you need it. The half-zip main compartment is a deliberate design choice: even if the zipper is left unsecured, your gear stays put. One less thing to think about when other things demand your attention.

The front stash pocket handles small, high-access items — the stuff you reach for constantly. Two bottom elastic loops are sized and adjustable for a tourniquet or other rapidly deployable equipment, with slide-locks to dial in retention tension. If bottom carry doesn't fit your current mission, the loops remove and reinstall cleanly. Side webbing loops on each side handle gloves, chemlights, carabiners, or whatever your loadout demands without touching internal real estate.

Inside, soft loop fields on both walls make the SACK fully configurable with the Spiritus Pouch Insert Suite — turning it from a general carry pouch into a purpose-built organizer for your specific loadout. Two internal tie-down points secure sensitive equipment. Two bottom drainage grommets handle submersion. The hook-and-loop attachment system means it pulls off one kit and drops onto another in seconds.
